Refund policy

Thank you very much for your purchase. We understand that as humans we are not always 100% happy with our purchase.  Our team is here to help when that happens. We do have a few asks: 
1. Given that these are beauty products, and are for personal use, we ask that if you need to return the product, it is at a minimum 7 days after your initial purchase. Products must be returned in its original packaging in a resellable condition. We will not be responsible for shipping costs for the return and additional handling costs may apply. Prior to shipping back the product, please email our Client Services Center at service@westelite.com first. 
2. IF however, you received the wrong or damaged product from us, please email us with your purchase receipt as well as photographic evidence of the product damage upon first opening. Once we confirm the proof of deficiency, our team will coordinate with you to provide a refund. All communications should be sent to our Client Services Center at service@westelite.com

As you return the product, please provide the tracking number in our system in order for us to track and process your requests. Once processed, we will apply the refund through the original payment method and an email notification will be sent to you. It may take 5-10 business days to receive your refund due to variable bank processing time.
